Simon began his career in the ’80s and specialises in UK business. He works very closely with our parent company (General & Medical Healthcare) and bridges the gap between the two business areas. He is very focused on sports programmes and is always keen to explore new business opportunities.

Graham has a wealth of experience both broking and underwriting in the London market. His primary focus is Accident & Health Business & Medical, and using his broad skillset is able to integrate this across many of our business areas globally and create innovative new products to the market.

Valentina supports many of our international clients. As a native Italian, she looks after many of our Italian clients and is always keen to get involved in new business initiatives. She has broad experience across all lines of business and territories.

Loic is the driving force behind our more innovative insurance initiatives. Coming from a Medical Malpractice background, he is actively involved in General & Medical’s own hospital portfolio. He is also passionate about the tech industry and leads one of our more exciting niche products for specialist software developers. As a native French speaker and also competent in German he is able to support many of our European clients with their insurance needs.

Henna is our UK policy expert and she works directly with many of our UK clients, talking them through their options and making sure they are buying appropriate insurance while supporting them through the year as their business evolves.

Michael is responsible for all marketing and communications within the G&M Group. With over twenty years of experience in the financial sector, he is accountable for the positioning of our brands and driving our products to new markets. He utilises all marketing channels, both digital and traditional, to strategically engage with our customers.

Amy supports our International markets with marketing & PR across a range of insurance sectors. She is responsible for promoting the business through media relations and marketing campaigns that deliver our products and core value to the markets.
